Hey guys…this website represents my opinion as best as I can give it regarding various spirits, recipes, bars, adventures (and misadventures) I’ve experienced as a cocktail enthusiast. I’m not an expert. While I’m thankful for the knowledge I’ve gained through chatting with various other cocktail geeks, nerds and working bartenders…I remain, NOT an expert.
Occasionally I do get samples of liquors to try and give my opinion. Whether or not they jive with yours or the makers of those spirits is not meant to be an affront to you or them. It’s just my opinion.
So, take what you read here with a bit of salt, like a good shot a tequila, and find out for yourself. If I am a stepping stone in your personal adventure, for that I’m glad.
